I'm Dylan Howland. I've spent 15 years in construction, including work as a superintendent on high-end commercial projects, and I own High Bar Home and Property Services here in the OKC metro.

We take on interior and exterior construction for homeowners who want quality work without the runaround, landlords who need units turned over or improved between tenants, and realtors who need inspection punch lists closed before closing day.

• Interior construction — remodels, finish work, framing, drywall, flooring, kitchens, baths, and the punch lists that close a job cleanly.
• Exterior construction — siding, decks, outdoor living, drainage, concrete and structural work, and other outside builds that protect and improve the property.
• Make-readies & repairs so rentals turn over fast and homes stay in shape between bigger projects.
• Custom saunas & wellness installs — indoor and outdoor saunas, cold plunges, and related equipment, built and finished to a high standard. Shop for equipment coming soon.
• Licensed trades handled. Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and roofing go to licensed, insured subcontractors under our contract.
• Clear written estimates before the work starts, so you know the scope and the cost.
• We show up and finish. One local contact who answers the phone and stands behind the work.
